Changes in class package activation
As part of our commitment to continuously improve our services, we want to share upcoming changes based on the consistent feedback we’ve received from our community on how class packages activate.
Class packages purchased from the 22nd of September forward will automatically activate on the date of purchase instead of the first reservation.
This change addresses the most common issue clients have shared with us: class packages disappear from the account view until the activation date, causing unfortunate confusion and troubleshooting. The current system also prevents registering for classes or waitlists before activation dates set in the future.
Now, packages will be visible on your account immediately, and you will be able to book classes at your leisure without having to submit activation date change requests, saving you time and making the booking process more intuitive.
Freezing of class packages
We understand some enjoyed the option of activating packages when ready. If you would still prefer to activate your package at a future date, we want to remind you of the option to freeze your package until you are ready to attend classes.
Improved class availability
To ensure that you can use your class packages right away, we have also significantly expanded our class schedule, providing you with more options to book sessions that suit your availability. We’re committed to continually updating our class schedule based on demand and your feedback, always ensuring a wide range of class times.
