At BAY STUDIOS, we are dedicated to developing top-quality reformer Pilates instructors who work closely with us as part of our team of independent professionals. Our instructor training program has been meticulously crafted based on over 15 years of experience in the industry.

Due to the limited availability of high-quality training programs matching our style of teaching, we primarily work with instructors who have completed our own private training programs or internationally recognized in-person programs of, for example, Polestar Pilates or Balanced Body. This ensures that our team upholds the highest standards of instruction, rooted in the extensive expertise we’ve built over the years.
