Suitable for all levels – This class is friendly to all, from beginners to experts, and we suggest this class to be done at least a few times before entering our other classes.

This class can be adapted for pregnant individuals in all trimesters by communicating with the class instructor prior to class.

Flow Reformer Pilates

An uplifting workout that takes your strength, mobility, coordination, and balance to new levels. Experience a flowing sequence of contemporary and traditional Pilates in this dynamic and creative class.

Intermediate Level – For your safety and the best experience, this class necessitates a minimum of 3 previous Reformer Pilates classes.

It is suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy but not for those who are injured.

Bounce Reformer Pilates

Join the Pilates party and boost your endurance, elevate your heart rate, and ignite every muscle group by bouncing on the jump board.
