Yes. Beginners are welcome; please start with beginner-friendly Strength classes (you can confirm levels on the schedule). If you’ve practiced Reformer Pilates elsewhere and feel confident, you can try our Flow classes—just know they aren’t beginner-friendly classes.
Almost all classes are in English. Any Finnish-language class is clearly marked “(FIN)” in the class name.
Comfortable activewear that isn’t too loose (so instructors can see alignment).
We highly recommend using grip socks, which can also be purchased at our reception. No shoes or regular socks needed.
Changing rooms, a bathroom, and lockers are available.
You can cancel or change a reservation up to 12 hours before class with no penalty; late cancel/no-show uses the visit.
Early cancellations credit the visit back to your account automatically.

All of our classes are suitable for the 1st trimester of pregnancy.
For the 2nd and 3rd trimester, only our Strength class can be adapted for pregnant individuals by communicating with the instructor prior to class.
Ensure to inform the instructor at which stage of your pregnancy you’re in.
To use sports vouchers (Edenred, ePassi, Smartum etc.) as a payment method, please open the live chat from the bottom right corner of our website and choose the option “Pay with sports vouchers”.
This will allow us to provide you with step-by-step instructions appropriate for the kind of vouchers you’d like to use.
Once your payment has been processed on our end, we will add the package of your choice to your account and send you a confirmation email.
To book a class for another person, open the chat on our website and choose the option “Book for multiple people”.
The chat will then guide you through creating a reservation on their behalf using a payment link for their drop-in visit.
Please note that it is not possible to share visits from your package to create a reservation for another person.
